Outside of the service desk's opening hours, you can contact us via email or WhatsApp. We always answer these during the same day.

You can easily buy and renew your gym card in our webstore! Use the link below to purchase your gym card. You can handle the payment conveniently in your own online bank.

After the purchase, you will receive a personal PIN code to your e-mail that you can enter the gym with.

We provide high-quality gym equipment, progressive group exercise programming, wellness groups, and know-how in physiotherapy and well-being. We also offer personalized diets and fitness programs.

Gym

Versatile gym where you can find everything you need to work out effectively.

In addition to a variety of gym equipment, we also have plate bars and weights, kettlebells, dumbbells, power wheels etc. We have room for powerlifting and weightlifting, as well as functional free weight training.

Diet

Need some help with nutrition? Would you like to lose weight, gain weight or gain muscle mass? We provide you with a personalized diet for weight management.

Creating a diet that works, always requires a personal meeting to discuss work and leisure load, personal eating habits and preferences, and potential food allergies.

Gym Programs

Would you like to start training in the gym, but don't really know where to start? We will help you to get started by developing a personalized gym program according to your needs.

Make an appointment for a personal meeting to discuss how often you intend to practice and what your goals are for your workout. Do you want more strength and muscle growth or do you prefer muscle endurance? Interested in device training or functional training? We will work out a program for you and work with you to keep your movements safe and efficient.

Functional Workout

A daily alternating and guided functional workout using plate bars, kettlebells, dumbbells and your own bodys resistance. Duration usually 60 min.
